Membership at DHC is open to any and everyone who desires it.
The prospective Club Member is obliged to complete a one-time membership registration, choose and commit to a membership category, the by-laws of the Club, and the terms and conditions of membership at the Club.
Step 1
Complete a Membership Registration Form.
This is the first step towards Membership at DHC.
Completing the Membership Registration Form not only identifies you with DHC, but as well presents to you the full details of the requirements and entitlements of Membership.Â
You can do this yourself, get help from a member, or call our Front Desk for assistance.Â

Choose a Category of Membership.
Choose from the categories of Membership available: Carewell, Propacare or Betacare.
Each Membership Category comes with a unique criterion of requirements and entitlements tailored to your health needs. Simply choose the category that best suits your particular needs and interest.
Begin to Enjoy Your Membership Entitlements.
That’s it! You are good to go!
You decide the limit to your entitlements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Membership plans may be upgraded or downgraded with time; all per the member’s discretion. Simply call, send an email or visit the Club office to initiate the process.
To become a member, you need to register and choose a membership plan. Please see Membership Packages for details.
Default in monthly contributions will lead to dishonor of entitlements until outstanding contributions have been settled.
Membership shall become dormant after up to three [3] months of defaulted contributions.
Membership shall terminate automatically after six [6] months of defaulted contributions.
Free Healthcare for Life is not transferrable. It is applicable to the member only.
Members may formally apply to the Club for assistance via email or visit the Club office. Applications would be attended to based on Club policies for such situations.
Any person whose membership is revoked or terminated, and seeks to be reinstated can express their intents to the Club in writing. The Club reserves the right to reinstate a person or otherwise.

The goal is to see that you are able to receive the quality of health care you deserve, with little to zero strain or stress, in a manner that is affordable for you, if not totally free.

Tests, scans and prescriptions are important to us for diagnostic and treatment reasons. Our Club is dedicated to ensuring that you are able to access these as and when you require, and in the easiest, safest way possible.
Financing
We fight hard for your every health need. No one request is prioritized over another. Once you lodge your request, the Club makes available every support possible, to fight on your behalf.
